Holding Highly Finished Steers for Delayed Marketing

"Don't do it - but if you must, here's how," is the advice of this group of animal scientists. Holding highly finished animals beyond normal marketing time is not reccomended. But if you must hold them, it's best to maintain a full feeding program, results of a small-scale study show.
