In pursuit of ISU’s land grant mission to “create, share, and apply knowledge to make Iowa and the world a better place” the Iowa State University Library may choose to fund, invest, sign, or join organizations and projects that seek to transform scholarly communication. This document outlines the primary factors used to decide what organizations to support with limited funding. Not all criteria must necessarily be met to be considered.
