This report summarizes current knowledge on the following soybean quality topics: · Protein and oil composition of the 2001 U.S. soybean crop · The 2001 crop in historical perspective · Incentives in the U.S. market for improved quality · Factors affecting soybean quality · Quality of GM versus non-GM soybeans The data and analysis in this report are intended to assist customers in the sourcing and use of U.S. soybeans.</p>
