dc.description.abstract	<p>We like to say there is only one medicine. That puts us in the same boat with practitioners and students of human medicine. I hope we don't seek to use this device to inflate the ego. To prove that there is only one medicine we should first agree on-not define-what we mean by medicine.</p>
