dc.description.abstract <p>Propert exercise improves the functioning of the heart and lungs, tones muscles and aids in weight control. The author suggest guidelines for selecting a good exercise program and discusses the results of a study conducted in the ISU department of physical education for women which compared the effectiveness of two popular exercise plans.</p>
