The role performance of teachers has an important effect on the country's development. Their job satisfaction affects their role performance. Job satisfaction of teachers in Saudi Arabia warrants serious consideration. Results emerging from this study will help the Ministry of Education of Saudi Arabia and other administrative agencies improve the situation of teachers and minimize the factors that negatively affecting their job satisfaction. Because of these reasons such a study is needed to determine factors that affect teacher's job satisfaction. We hope that this study will help people administering of the educational system gain understanding of the situation of private school teachers in Saudi Arabia. This study determined that self-confidence, teacher-student·relationships, teacher-teacher relationships, and school climate were positively related to job satisfaction; age, marital status, teaching experience, salary, and self-actualization were not.
