Abstract
YouTube Learn bridges the gap between informal content consumption and structured online education by integrating personalized learning features into YouTube’s existing ecosystem. This thesis explores how users can leverage YouTube’s vast repository of videos for effective, goal-oriented learning experiences. By addressing gaps in engagement, structure, and user motivation, the project proposes a solution that enhances learning outcomes through curated playlists, progress tracking, and community-driven support. Grounded in UX research and design principles, YouTube Learn aims to transform passive viewership into active, meaningful learning, creating a space where education is accessible, flexible, and impactful.
