Abstract
The age of the stigma and of the pollen is important when fertilizing disease free geraniums. Charles H. Sherwood of the ISU horticulture department and Jack Newmarch and Luland Lubka, students in horticultre, reached this conclusion after pollinating three age grops of stamens.
