dc.description.abstract	<p>My three years as a staff member for the ISU Veterinarian are coming to an end, and I would like to take the time to thank all of those people I have had an opportunity to work with. The chance to meet many fellow students, faculty and staff in the College of Veterinary Medicine has been very rewarding. I have learned much about communication, fortitude and, above all, patience. Both past and present staff members have been invaluable sources for advice, support and friendship. We have all struggled to continue producing a reputable publication which has a long tradition of excellence.</p>
