| dc.description.abstract | <p>In the spring of 2005, Chuck was invited by the University of Iowa Hospitals and Clinics to submit a proposal of four large paintings that would be on permanent display in the Pediatrics Wing. These paintings were to be based on illustrations from <em>Jungle Gym Jitters</em>.</p> <p>The third mural, <em>Tire Swings</em> is also taken from <em>Jungle Gym Jitters</em>. Again, more details were added to the large painting, including Mad magazine's mascot, Alfred E. Neuman who is swinging in the large tire along the painting's right edge.</p> | |
