A project delivery method is a complicated process of planning, designing, scheduling and construction of a building or a project. A successful project is a result of numerous decisions which include the project’s scope, project’s timeline, project funding and the project’s delivery method. The owner, architect and general contractor are the important players in any given project delivery method, variations in the contracts and communication between these three individuals or entities results in different delivery methods.
