Abstract
Problem Statement: ISU Transportation Services requires a new facility to better suit employees and business needs. Their current building is becoming outdated and does not have space or equipment to account for all their current employees and the services they would like to provide. The lack of space is becoming a problem for our clients, making it difficult for employees and the business to be as efficient as possible. They also need to be able to work on a broader range of vehicles, which is currently not a possibility in their undersized shop. The inability to provide services has caused them to excessively outsource the jobs to outside vendors, and it's not economically feasible and inefficient as the loss of time while transporting the vehicles to the vendors.
