The following tables are summaries of the number of cases examined and diagnosed at both clinics and the diagnostic laboratory during the past calendar year and for comparison, the calendar year of 1952. Summaries are of as much value as would be the complete reports, since cases examined and diagnosed at the college do not in any way accurately represent the disease picture in Iowa.
