Abstract
An easy and cheap way to design, present and analyze agronomic experiments isn’t always easy to do. Being able to test hypotheses, like sorghum Variety A is photoperiod sensitive, can thus become a challenge. Utilizing RStudio to design an experiment, analyze data, create graphics, and create a professional report was done to overcome this challenge. With libraries in RStudio, like agricolae and yarrr, it was shown that photoperiod treatments had an impact on days to flowering, days to harvest and yield per plant. There was also a correlation between days to flowering versus days to harvest. Using this tool, it was concluded that sorghum Variety A was photoperiod sensitive.
