dc.description.abstract <p>This morning I’m going to be talking to you about a subject that is vital to many of us today, Technology Transfer. I’ll begin with a brief recent history to help put in context why technology transfer has suddenly become one of the hottest subjects in government. Then, I want to tell you about an exciting new technology transfer concept called the National Technology Initiative, or NTI.</p>
