Abstract
There are many steps to achieving successful soybean production. One is variety selection, and it may well be the most important. Public and private soybean yields from 2012 demonstration plots and variety trials have been posted. Do the yield results from demo plots along the local highway or the results from variety trials at the nearest university farm mean more to you and your farm? Actually, they are both worth paying attention to, for their own reasons.
