dc.description.abstract | <p>During the past fall quarter, a veterinary unit of the ROTC was re-established at Iowa State College for the first time since 1934. It consists of an instruction program for the purpose of training potential veterinary officers and is under the direction of Lt. Col. L. C. Tekse, V. C., USA. Iowa State College is one of six veterinary schools selected by the Chief of the Veterinary Division, Office of the Surgeon General, Department of the Army, Washington, D. C. to administer the training program. The other five schools are Colorado A and M College, Kansas State College, Ohio State University, Cornell University and the University of Pennsylvania.</p> | |
