At 3 p.m. Friday, May 10, 1956 in front of Curtiss Hall our own Hillbilly band, made up of Bill Warner, Jim Phillips, Dick Pierce, Duffy Pillsbury, and Don Omodt, known as the “cruddy cruisers" set the mood for Paul Bunyon Days.

Buffalo and foresters mixed it up at the annual Game Banquet, February 7, 1957. Foresters and thteir guests were trteated to an exceptionally fine roast buffalo dinner with all the trimmings.

The annual Fall Campfire was held Thursday October 18, at Brookside Park.
