Your attitudes toward credit probably affect how you buy, what you buy and when you buy. Use of credit may come natural to you- the charge account at the store, the "deferred" dental bill or cattle loan. Or, for various reasons you may be wary of credit.
Choosing the right combination of feeds for turkey production can result in feed cost savings and help insure profits. The important things to consider are prices of the feeds and how they substitute for one another.
Hog prices advanced sharply after hitting their seasonal low in mid-November. Most of the rise took place between then and mid-December. This was in sharp contrast with a year earlier. Prices then dragged along at around a dime all during this period.
