Abstract

<p>The Department of Educational Leadership and Policy Studies sought to improve the quality and effectiveness of educational institutions and the individuals involved in education.</p> <p><b>History</b><br />The Department of Professional Studies was formed within the College of Education. In 1977 it became the Department of Professional Studies in Education. In 1999 it became the Department of Educational Leadership and Policy Studies.
