Production, Preservation and Politics Facets of Wildland Management

Abstract

<p>In this paper I will deal in part with the who, what, why, when and where of special interest groups, and some of the concepts, problems and issues confronting us in the areas of resource use and preservation, the forces that motivate them, the conflicts of interest that create them, and the responsibilities of the opposing forces to deal realistically with them.</p>
