Iowa State home economics graduates are doing their part beside the fighting men of the armed forces. The majority of these women in uniform are serving as dietitians, using their knowledge and experience to further good nutrition in the Army, Navy and Marines. One hundred former students are army dietitians, 29 of whom are overseas. Letters from some of these dietitians tell of their work and experiences in foreign countries.
