dc.description.abstract The normal-state magnetic and electronic properties of YNi2B2C single crystals have been investigated by detailed B-11 NMR and magnetic-susceptibility measurements. The data are found to be consistent with band theory, with no evidence of Ni local magnetic moments or antiferromagnetic correlations.
