dc.description.abstract	Introduction: In listening sessions held in late 2020, library staff expressed having issues with online meetings. Library Management Team (LMT) tasked Greg Davis, Susan Vega Garcia, and Harriet Wintermute “to explore effective meeting practices for virtual environments and make recommendations for best practices to use library-wide.”1 During January-February 2021, the group reviewed examples and articles about virtual meeting practices from libraries and other organizations. The group also sent a survey to all Library staff to gather input about their library online meeting experiences and reviewed the results to aid in formulating these recommendations for the library.
