Abstract

Lamb and mutton are rapidly coming into their own as popular meats, both in the city and on the farm. When farmers awake to the fact that Iamb and mutton are just as palatable, practically as great In nutritive value and just as easily dressed as beef and pork, a great deal more of this meat will be consumed on the farm.
