| dc.description.abstract | <p>Iowa cattle feeders probably will find more feeder cattle available from the western ranges this fall than in the last 2 years. Cattle numbers have been rising since 1949. Last year, farmers and ranchers added 6 million head to total numbers, bringing the national figure to 88 million head. That's an all time high.</p> | |
