Abstract

<p>This publications talks about biodiversity and how the strength of natural habitats depends on the diversity of plant and animal life within those habitats and how a loss of diversity can have major impacts on the environment. Humans are dependent on a diversity of plant and animal resources as well, but overpopulation of people threatens biodiversity. Steps have been taken to protect the biodiversity of natural habitats and this publication provides ways individuals can make a difference.</p>
