dc.description.abstract
It is known that the quasi-stationary electric field distribution in a neighborhood of the opposite-charged conductors electrode system depends upon the spatial physical characteristics of medium adjacent to this system and upon the given distribution of potentials on corresponding conductors. Apparently, for the first time, some potentialities of the electric field distribution forced for the purpose of monitoring of the nonmetallic composite structures at their manufacturing process had been described in the USA patent [1]. Further development of this idea application for the physical properties monitoring of the medium adjoining to the electrode system had been given in the works [2, 3]. If the works [1–3] results had been based on the investigation of the effects of discrete change of the variable geometric factor of the sensor electrode systems, then the characteristic feature of the technical solution [4], patented in the FSU, became creation of conditions when the effect of the spatially-nonstationary electric field distribution in a measuring cell could purposively reveal without its geometric factor change. Dynamic characteristics of the spatially -nonstationary testing electric field in the model measuring cell [4] can be qualitatively similar to those that are inherent to another geometry of the sensor element model electrode system [5]. These models similarity and some their characteristics, without drawing fundamentals of mathematical modeling of corresponding spatially-nonstationary electric fields, are briefly considered in the following section.
