dc.description.abstract |
We've seen a lot of new things in farming lately. And onrented farms any changes in method usually affect the terms of the farm lease. New methods call for new arrangements between landlord and tenant. They must decide what each will furnish- and how they will share in farm income and farm expenses. Over half of Iowa's farm land is operated by tenants- and for every tenant there's a landlord too.
| |
