Abstract
To demonstrate our support for open access, Iowa State University Library’s employees—Merit, Professional & Scientific, and Faculty—agree to publish and/or share our works openly. We produce a variety of individual and collaborative works in our roles at Iowa State University, from scholarly outputs to creative, technical, and professional ones. The things we create are valuable to us, and we believe that sharing them will support both the ISU community and peers working outside our institution. This document serves as a declaration of our commitment to share, one that we will strive to uphold in whatever manner best suits our many, varied contexts.
