Farming holds a great attraction to many a young family. And Iowa farming has a bright future. But in far too many cases young people find that today's agricultural ladder is short of rungs at the bottom. Unless they have a relative or friend who can give them substantial help, the problem of getting started on the road to success in farming is very difficult.
