Dow AgroSciences has issued a 2(ee) label recommendation for Lorsban 4E (chlorpyrifos) insecticide in Iowa. The recommendation is to control thistle caterpillar and potato leafhoppers in soybean. Application rates for both insects are 1-2 pints per acre. Do not apply the last treatment within 28 days of harvest. Lorsban 4E is a restricted use pesticide.
